The place has changed a lot more than what it used to be earlier. The whole staff has changed and more professional waiters at this place. The interior and all has changed and scale of Operations have come down due to pandemic. Quality of food needs some more improvement, but overall it is a decent place to go out with your family.
Awesome place.. can't define in words ..its a experience once you visit you can feel about it.. amazing staff specially kavya mam , she is very nice , her behaviour with us very nice. Thankyou so much to kavya mam..its kind of memory which you keep for lifetime.. must visit palace.

Staff behaviour is very good and special care is taken in Covid and was impressed to see hygiene condition.
Room door and bathroom door barely locks, jammed. Checkout time on MMT is completely misleading, it is mentioned as 10am and hotel reception says 9am and actual pamphlet on room door says 1am. Service and behavior of reception very poor.
