Excellent accommodation . Amazing teamwork under the guidance of Mr.Asish .I stayed for 4 days ,each and every day was amazing. Thanks to everyone . Beautiful bungalow ,it was a royal feeling . Many scenic areas are nearby . Surrounded by tea gardens made the place like heaven on earth.
Excellent stay overall. Food was amazing and everyone at the bungalow was very nice. Apart from the stay, the tea-trail was very informative, it took us through the entire process of tea, right from the bush to the cup. Highly recommend it to everyone looking for a perfect tea experience.
Our stay was great thanks to the staff who were very polite and helpful. Food was excellent,room was very comfortable.BUT,this place needs a better manager who should be more concerned about our needs and problems. Part time manager is not expected in such an expensive place.
Nice viewing in the morning
I just returned from a wonderful stay at Damdim Tea Residency situated in the lush green Damdim tea gardens, a short drive away from Bagdogra airport. The Residency is a beautiful bungalow with a sprawling lawn and a tree house. The hospitality staff looked after us extremely well and the food was just excellent. The cost of the stay includes all meals. It has a very strategic location within a comfortable driving distance from Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Chalsa, Gajaldoba and Chapramari forest. We made Damdim Tea Residency our centre and visited all of these adjoining places comfortably. Very very pleased with the Manager Ashis who made our stay extremely comfortable. A highly recommended place in Dooars.
