Very clean environment and very well behaved doctors/sisters/ward boys/housekeeping staffs. Doctors take very good care of the patients and there's ample of supply of oxygen cylinders present in the facility. My only complain is that the pathology department needs more experienced staffs and more training should be provided to them. Even when the patient returns to home the hands remain swollen/painful to the injection site(s).
The covid section easily overtakes any other luxurious private hospitals in terms of quality of srevice.
I visited over here just 2 days back to get myself covid tested and trust me when i heard the name Sambhunath Pandit hospital i was like again in firt and low maintenance but when i visited this place it was not the same this time the service was so helpful and the treatment is even better as i had a talk with a person who's family person is a patient over there he said they take good care and the nurses are even too caring as well as the doctor inspect well. So, overall WB is changing govt. Hospitals are not the same anymore if you don't trust me go pay a visit you will witness the change. And yes covid test is also happening over there just you have to go and collect a ticket from counter then you have to stand and wait for a form then by 12 o' clock your test startsand you will receive the report withing 2:30 p.m-03:00 p.m same day.
I have no idea why most of the hospitals don't pick up the phone. This is the most pathetic thing done by any hospital.
