worst experience with this internet connection. whenever you call them they have only one reply :: sir our server is down.....bro keep a good educated and experienced technical team....and if its difficult for you to run the bussiness then get out of the race there are many good companies waiting to give service to people....you only cause harassment to you customer
Well I called them for a new connection and they asked me for my email ID and my name... I guess its necessary for them to register it... N the person I spoke with told me their technician will contact me for the installation in the next day n first I was like ok.. But I was waiting the next whole day and there were no response from them, the first impression itself made me not to get this Chutiya connection... Airjaldi Chutiya bana raha hai.. It's 2021 and their packages and the monthly plans are trash ... Lund le le Mera MC They don't deserve even 1 star.
Every single rain - and internet stops working!! Really annoying. Going to check for alternatives!
This internet provider I had such a bad experience. They don't reply to the text and calls They are not returning my money. I don't know why they are doing this. Intermittent drop in service. Once in a while there internet will go off
Not seen broadband company worse than this, poor customer service they took 2 weeks to sent a person to do a feasibility test for new connection...rest u can imagine he they would treat a consumer post setting their connection.
