Worst service. Not a single person cares about their duties and responsibilities
They work very slow . And if your meter needed replacement and you register a complaint . They will contact you in months atleast 1-2 months . And in their receipt they have given a column of ''लक्षित दिनांक'' means date till when they will act to your complaint . But they don't given you any date they just leave it and if you ask for it they'll say it's extra column.. saying with experience 🙏
Unusual power cuts all the day at a regular basis it even destroyed my computer as due to power cut power supply burnt it cost me like 50000rs
