Close time 5 pm but Post staff says close time is 3 pm .....
I went for a speed post, and my experience was horrible. There was only one window open for it , even when Raksha bandhan festival is only a week away. The clerk was very slow and took around 5 mins. Per person due to which i had to wait 45 mins. And to add to the tale of miseries, it was lunch time at 1pm when my turn came and had to wait 30 mins for the lunch to finish. There were no markings for maintaining social diatancing and people out of their restlessness came on closer and closer as the time passed. There is nobody to maintain diacipline and the working output is too slow which wastes a lot of manhours for a work as simple as taking a speed post. Highly disappointed.
