The boy who works in the department of adhar card .he bunks at working time .whenever you will visit there..no staff will be present at this department..he doesn't have sence to talk to people....working hours starts at 9 but worker will reach to there office at 10:30 ..and there work ends in 2hrs..having a..worst experience in DRCC Saran..just because of there employee..every day a new excuses are ready to be delivered ..if there system is not working stop doing this work..adhar card in DRCC go to hell
