First time I visited this hospital for RT -PCR test and my experience of this hospital,. Basically staff and doctor was horrible. They were not aware that RT -PCR test get done on Sunday as well. Initially they refused saying, who works on Sunday. Sunday we doctor and technician don't test. Later I checked with other staff and they ask me to wait until 11am. If lab incharge will come, then doctor will give the slip for test. So I waited more than 2 hour. As I reached hospital 8:45 am. Then technician came at 11am and I got a slip. But there was many local, who was getting priority for test. Being first person to receive the slip that day. My number came after 13-14 guys. When I asked for results . They told me , through SMS will be notified. Today is Saturday and it's 7th day. but still waiting for RT -PCR report. Such a pathetic service. How come you can take this much time to give report. Top of that doctors and staff was not cooperating. Such a poor Mgmt of hospital and medical facilities. Can't imagine how patient will survive with such attitude of doctors and staff. God knows.
You will find clean rooms,friendly nursing staffs but bathrooms are not good... Water availability is restricted to ground floor only...else on other floors you may or may not find it.
Don't send your patient here the reviews are true please ???? there are rare chances that they will come back. Especially for covid
