So easy to get vaccinated here, spacious space, clean atmosphere. I was struggling for a slot in Bangalore for second dose vaccination of my parents. But was able to book a slot comfortably in Mysore and it is over now.
The absolute pits of healthcare. Save for a few notable exceptions (those exceptions are truly fantastic and really don't belong at this hospital!) This hospital functions with the callousness of a government office. Doctors are impatient with very poor bedside manners (if that!) And the staff behind the desk, be it billing or insurance claim or even the pharmacy, are curt, lazy and snobbish. Yes, the pandemic has really stretched most hospital resources thin. But what explanation could there possible be for an insurance office with three staff members sitting absolutely jobless but still refusing to fill out the claim form that is meant for the hospital to fill. Instead they offer me a scrappy notepad to photograph on my phone so that I can do their work of filling up the claim form! If you can avoid this hospital, run the opposite direction, as far as you can. If you absolutely cannot, I wish you good luck.
If I could give zero stars, I would gladly give this hospital. Most horrible and horrendous experience we had in life. Dr.Manjunath shetty was recommended to us and he caused us great deal of loss and bad surgery suggestions. Highly recommended people to stay away from these money minting doctors. This hospital and Doctors only are aware to mint money and loot people. Hope Karma serves them well.
If you are coming here for vaccination please bring food and water, they have no regards of slot it's mostly first come first serve basis. I have seen people waiting for 5 hrs to get vaccinated. After having slot system describes hospital poor management system. Hopefully they rectify the situation soon.
Totally irresponsible staffs. In both administrations and all supporting staff. Doesn't bother at all. Lack of supervision.
