So they have labs from 10am - 5pm only. But most of the test s are available at reasonable prices. Casualty with first aid available 24x7 which is a boon to us in Brigade Meadows. X-rays mon - Saturday 10am - 2 pm. ultrasound 10-2pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. Hopefully they start dental and physio soon... One of the best was a pharmacy equipped with almost all the medicines and the ones that they didn't have was procured the very next day, although more attractive discounts would've been better.
The pharmacy which is mentioned as 24/7 is open only for emergency purpose. According to security he will verify the prescription before he allows anybody inside. He is kind enough to show where the other pharmacies available in the location. I had posted a good review in the past praising the doctor and the nursing staff. Unfortunately after more than 3 experiences with the security had to post this. I went there at 6pm was told the pharmacist has gone for coffee. Another day I went at 8 pm got another response that pharmacy is open only till 8. We have to furnish all information to security before entry is granted. Hope they rectify this situation as people would prefer to communicate their ailments to the doctor and not the security personnel.
Horrible staff and poor management. This is just newly passed college kids running around trying to manage. The staff is pathetic and have no idea how to talk to any patient or any one who visits the hospital. First time seeing such a bad folks in a reputed hospital like St John's. The guy at the counter has no idea, when asked about emergency and which doctors and when they would be available, he had no idea. Hope in coming days they will improve and keep their standards high. I would recommend visiting the AOL Hospital in case of emergency.
All facilities are there like lab, X-ray, ultrasound, canteen. Place is clean and tidy, the ambience on the inside is great. They also have casualty department. They have some discounts for brigade residents. The doctor's consultation charges are way way less compared with Manipal and the service is better than any nearest hospital.
What a great facility!!! Qualified doctors, very well assessment of patients with patience. We have been visiting here and completely satisfied by the service.
