They not attending the customer properly
As of my experience it was bad and sad, since sbi banks are bank of india but here, staff response to people is poor. Quietly unexpecting because they work to help and guide them and mainly what I found is people who visit their has a bad opinion about the service and they feel staff find a reason to take break (power, server slow). Its a crowded place and they know how many people visit everyday and can you believe passbook printing machine is only one to the entire block. This sbi (idk other sbi branch) service- seriously need an upgrade. I can say this since I waited for 2hrs by looking at people faces and reactions lol.
