Assistants are very polite and proactive. Reports were sent timely. One of the best and cleanest Lab in Dhanbad.
Very bad experience. Staff in the reception area doesn’t have proper know-how regarding the test and the delivery of reports. On my fathers request and brand name, I have gone there with my fathers for few blood test and chest X-ray. Registration process takes hell lot of time. They didn’t do the chest X-ray probably there was rush for HR CT scan now a days. One of the staff was saying X-ray is happening, other was telling X-ray machine is not working.. there was lot of miscommunication within them. Regarding blood test I still haven’t received one important report after five days. Irony is, they still don’t have proper answer when will I receive the report after regularly Visting the clinic. What kind of service Apollo clinic is providing? Only brand name doesn’t help... you need to have good knowledgable staff, proper communication and good service for the price a patient/customer is paying. It’s sad to see Jharkhand has very very poor medical infrastructure and facilities in pandemic crisis. 12.05.2021 After two extra days that’s still don’t know about the report. It’s really funny to get a reply due to COVID situation it’s taking time. IL6 is a costly test and report doesn’t take a week time. I consulted few doctors in Dhanbad they told me maximum of four days if they are getting it done from outside the state. It’s it shameful to give such an excuse in reply. Sorry to say it’s a worst experience I have with any Apollo clinic Dhanbad. Although I always recommend Apollo hospital in Delhi and got good services out there since I live in Delhi, but I will never recommend Apollo clinic Dhanbad because of such pathetic services they provided in the difficult times of mine in a Dhanbad.. .. when the reports are prime importance to me Apollo Dhanbad delayed everything... I had to get other test done for my father from different lab. Now it’s a complete waste of money and the stress they given us is irreversible and unacceptable. Hope they understand the situation of family
The service is amazingly quick and prompt. The team is always eager to assist and reports are accurate. One of the best labs and Diagnostic Center in Dhanbad.

Reports are not genuine..... facilities r not good ..just a brand nothing else...if u have serious issue I personally not recommend...bcz the tension after getting wrong reports we bear.....I don't want that other people will feel the same... Highly disappointed
