The staff is considerate even in their busy hours. They are caring and understand your queries are important and should be answered irrespective of what a day they are going through. Kudos to the good work.
Worst hospital with pathetic staff. It is our sincere appeal to prefer BMC Hospital over this Hospital. They are just looting the patients for such Third class services. Only money making business. No good and experienced doctors attached to this hospital. No basic medicines available in the pharmacy of this hospital. If you want to spend so much of money then please prefer Zen or Kohinoor or go to Mumbai. That billing manager Dipesh is just useless. Multiple times multiple errors in the bill. Rooms were not cleaned on time. No adequate staff. No higher authority available to listen to our complaints. Chembur people please don't go to this hospital . You will end up in to a severely traumatic experience with a big hole in your pocket.
Worst hospital ever in the history of Mumbai..... Leaches just to take money and not responsible or responsive at all low staff and worst ever behaviour for all the point of contacts working. Will strongly recommended not to visit this hospital and never to admit any of your loved ones as they will just rip off money and your loved ones health will not improve. Please stay away as much possible from this hospital and please even if they have beds do not admit your loved ones over there and if admitted try to shift to a better hospital or even government hospital as they do not take any care of their patients.
I have never had such an amazing service from any other healthcare centre before. Amidst all the chaos, the hospital staff was extremely helpful and calm. I have been speaking to Priya for bed admissions and she was an amazing support! I did not need the beds here because we got it elsewhere before I got in here but my relatives were admitted and they came back safely!!
Vaccination management of this hospital is poor. Kohinoor hospital, Kurla is preserving the second doses for the people who had taken the first dose from their hospital. For SRV, they directly tell you that no vaccine is available. Even they don't provide the correct information about vaccine availability. They told me to come next day due to lack of stock. When I visited the hospital next day, they told that new stock came last afternoon now its out of stock.
