Amazing architecture .. it's a engineering marvel Equally well maintained by Archaeological Survey of India. The museum inside the campus too good .. It houses huge collection of antic items from the adlishahis era. Enough information is provided on sign boards, so taking tourist guide can be optional .. Some pro points are * You can book the entrance ticket online to avoid queue * Ample parking space * Huge lawns (kids will definitely like playing there) Thinks to take care : * The staircase to the wishpering gallery has uneven steps , so it's recommended for people with joint pain
This structure placed Bijapur on the world's tourist map. It is a massive dome. We can climb up and reach the dome. Entry ticket is 20 rupees. It should be paid by scanning QR code from your mobile. Cash is no longer accepted. It is a must visit and one of the masterpiece of Islamic constructions. Crowd will be there and it is a safe place well monitored by CCTV and manual security guards. It is open from 6 AM till sunset.
I went in morning so not much rush. Its magnificent and really surprising to see such a huge dome made in those times. The monument is maintained by ASI hence very well maintained and clean.
