Staff isn't half bad but bank surely is bad. Long time customer but it does have worst online system(support included) Had to visit bank more than 20 times to set Internet banking and still it doesn't work. And they not let you withdraw money if withdrawal-slip if you have cheque book(force you to use cheque)
