Few staff members are friendly.
Not sure for what reason but they did not allow us to reception. The girl at entrance took all test names from us to get it entered in reception for billing(yesterday). And missed one important test. We came to know when they didn't share the report after 48 hours. We can't waste time(20 minutes from my place) and blood(for blood test, took nearly 60/80 ml).
Worst experience ever !!!. After paying the bill had to wait for almost 1 hr for CT to be done. Spent almost 2 hrs for CT.. nobody is bothered about patient's condition and nobody will come speak to you.. looks like some Govt Diagnostic... Wonder this diagnostic centre has got 4 stars... God save the patients who visit this place !!!
Good Faculty and Speedy Response.
It's a covid vaccination centre. They should allot time basis the number of people they can accommodate within their centre at a given point of time. People also need to be sensible and NOT crowd around the reception. Not enough seating provided.
