Registration counter services are excellent Doctors and supporting staff are also well patient in treatment. But for ct scan we have to wait for a long time almost for 1 1/2 hr. It would be better if that waiting time is reduced as patients can't wait for such a long time. Other than that all the services and staff are well supportive
Been here for the delivery. First 2 days the experience was fantastic. Very professional and courteous staff. Nurses and doctors were very helpful throughout. All the needs for baby and mother were taken good care of.I would have rated 5 stars.. Would recommend to everyone.
Amazing service and doctor explain you the case properly staff is excellent and very alert.... Ready to help you and very cheerfully.. Hospital has a play area for the kids also which make them feel relax I would be rate 5/5
Seriously friends if you wish for smooth delivery you can go for citizens. Dr.Radhika is awesome. Her words gives so much confidence for the couples who are first time pregnant. She cleared all our doubts. The staffs also very helpful. There are people who will be helping you to just to tell you how to go for scan test, process for labs and other things. I personally had a very good experience.
The medical treatment was good and doctors and nursing staff is good . Hospital is neat and clean and staffs are courteous.. This was the worst experience during admission. Had to wait for 6 hours with very unprofessional emergency staff. There was not clarity on tariff and process.. Later post sharing feedback, I have received immediate response from operational head and Emergency management head and being assured that issues and emergency processes are streamlined to have more better experiences for patients getting admitted.. Citizens Hospital is one of the best Hospitals in Hyderabad.
