Though it is one of the oldest dispensary of central government in this area but it is almost neglected. No investment by government to improve or upgrade it. Still people of area feel that quality of medicine is better then of Delhi Govt. It is surrounded by unwanted plants in it's compound. The sweeper burns the garbage rather then to put it Dustbin. Moreover MCD throws it's area garbage almost in front of it's main gate.
