It is an average category classified hospital with not great infrastructure as that of other big names. Their charges for Angiography and Angioplasty are equivalent to that of other large hospitals in mumbai inspite of their operations and services not matching to the class that of Kokilaben or Nanavati. I regret my choice as with the same cost I could have got my dad operated in a better facility with better trained staff and infrastructure. The reason for the choice was because of recommendation by my Family Doctor who we trust and the doctor who operated on him.
Horrible staff at billing and admission. They think they r running this hospital. Dont have any courtesy for patients plight. Very shocked how bramhakumaris management is unable to notice this arrogance. Pls do something or separate your management away flr this hospital. Never recommend even in an emergency
We had a 9.30am slot for vaccination. We waited 2.5 hrs but there. The staff, security was very very rude whenever we questioned. Three people in queue fainted or almost fainted and had to be taken in on wheelchair. They told is there are 300 vaccines that is why we waited. But then suddenly after 2.5 hrs they said there are only 150 vaccines because the BMC has asked them to stop after 150. So couldn't they tell us this in the beginning? Why did we wait and expose ourselves for this long? You want a lockdown but you do not want to vaccinate majority. Please reply. I disgusted by the attitude of this hospital.
Very bad experience in Dental department with Dr. Shomika . She is very careless in treatment, give appointment and when patient go to her she give another date while patient in pain. She give more importance to her phone calls and chatting than patients.
