Really appreciated Dr.S Patil, who has given best treatment, good response over phone calls nd taken care of my father as As family member. Recently my mother got admitted in Patil hospital due to her illness. First we thought it's going to be just walk in and she'll be discharged after first aid. But after her blood test report, it revealed, she has low haemoglobin count and the doctor advised to stay in hospital. Next day she got discharged. During her stay in hospital, I felt hospital service is average. Later I realised I can claim my mother hospital expenses as part of my health insurance. I would like to appreciate hospital staff member Lakshmi for her support in getting a discharge summary after consultation with Dr. Patil. She showed her true professionalism starting from gathering reports, getting bills and preparing discharge summary. Kudos to Lakshmi for her passion and dedication towards her profession.
