I went there for car sticker, they are good people and helped me within a few minutes, my overall experience was good, nice sanitation and have a separate toilet for the guests. The location is also easy to find, it's on the main road. Less space for car parking though, but staff is helpful.
Our car, picked up by them for servicing, returned with a issue in the silencer/exhaust. The issue did not exist before that. The servicing personnel kept trying to convince to get the part replaced from them. When confronted about there being no issues before, they showed callous, rude & evasive behaviour. Did not expect such fraudulent tactics when offered us the servicing. I suggest not to offer your business to them unless you like your vehicles returning with issues due to their negligence and/or the car's parts being deceptively replaced/damaged.
Really poor experience throughout the Presales, sales and after sales process. Zero customer orientation, zero empathy or support. Jitni tareef ki jaye kam hai!
