One of the worst and training institute hospital in bangalore narayana hrudalaya for Gynecologists department- Am writing my own experience my wife,we got confirmation about pregnant we started checkup narayana medical center in hosur so there LAVANYA KIRAN our doctor she suggested take medicines daily basis MRN-10020001275782-10020001275792- So don't choose this doctor definitely people get worst experience this Lady Lavanya one of worst ITEM she didn't born single father Why am shouting till my wife feeling paining after operation while delivery time others hospital they'll keep gel increase cervix size but this hospital they'll apply oil stomach and simply they'll check heartbeat ratings few hour they'll wait again they'll say cervix size not increasing even she's not getting pain heart beat ratio coming down better will do operation even Vivek Doctor came and checked he cervix size then he tried rotated baby head done it properly that time he said cervix size all good later intentionally they're doing operation even i said if you do operation for her life long pain problems simply they're replying she have to face it yeah yeah. Now almost 50days after operation still getting paining stomach they're didn't done properly stitching can't able to see wife this situation so now a days every people educated don't choose big hospital...choose only maternity care hospital don't ever do check up Lavanya Kiran lier in the world all bad words born for her and her family also this hospital money minded...i have spent almost 1laks ....
No worries about the technical capabilities of Doctors. I would say THE BEST in the respective departments. But everything get spoiled by their staffs - shame to call themselves as *Narayana Hrudyalaya*. Today visited for Blood investigation need for my wife (she is also in medical profession and wanted to decide on next steps of treatment procedure based on Endocrine Specialist - kind of Emergency) based on recommendation by Endocrine specialist. Waited for 40-45 mintues and got the answer as they don't know about the investigation mentioned by their Doctor. While questioning them the reason - the answer from one of the Nurse in duty is extremely unacceptable. The reasons they mentioned are database mismatch, IT not responding, doctor not responding, system doesn't have the test ID, contact the patient later, etc. In addition medically unethical answers as well. Is this the standard of Narayana Hrudyalaya? Looks like the lab team also doesn't know the investigation mentioned. Please note that they confirmed the hospital is NABH accredited - which means process should be in tact. Also the Endocrine Department is running for the past 1.5 years here. With no time the same list of Diagnosis is taken by a private lab and we are proceeding. However we will stick to the same Endocrine Specialist. ***SHAME *** THEY ARE CALLING THEMSELVES AS NARAYANA HRUDYALAYA.
Excellent reception and excellent doctors. Met endocrinologist Dr. Basavraj. Very happy to meet such a courteous, knowledgeable and helpful doctor. Took pains to explain the problem and treatment.
No response from hospital. After testing. Even continuous follow up.. 15.04.21 Very lazy response from echo incharge.
