I would have -10 for this hospital. They charge thrice the price than the actual charge. Would highly not recommend this hospital. And coming to staff non of them seems responsible and doesn’t work. If you are a millionaire you can afford this useless hospital services. Common people just please avoid! Also, people who gave 5 star rating for this hospital are either their own employees or people who are paid to write good reviews. So kindly avoid and find a better hospital for better services.
Pathetic customer service. If u call customer service number, they will not provide the details properly. They will talk either rudely or hung up in between the call. U should train the customer service people properly or remove the customer service people entirely. These people are behaving like they are providing service to people at free of cost. We come to the hospital or make a call to customer care expecting some respect, of course we are paying money right. If u don't want people coming to the hospital, then leave it.
My Cousin was admitted here with covid-19 last week, the doctors, nurses and everyone of the hospital staff treated well and we were very happy. we stayed 4 days and left the hospital as got better my cousin health condition. I highly recommend this hospital, they are very attentive and kind towards their patients. Thank you remedy hospital staff.
There is literally no car parking available for this so called Multi speciality hospital. I am shocked to understand how come they get approvals from the concerned govt authorities to setup such a huge multi speciality hospital without basic amenities like car parking for the patients. Who ever is planning to visit this hospital, I suggest you book a cab rather than commuting on your own car.
Good hospital with good staff. Nice environment. All the nursing staff are very nice persons. Doctors explaining clearly about the patient condition. I refer to this hospital for all of my relatives and friends. Very caring people. Happy with the service.
