Respected owner. Sorry to say about your firm. because yesterday I taken RT - PCR test from Jacob hospital kochi. Today I called receptionist and I asked to her about my result. she just mail result. I try to take from out side soft copy but I didn't get because today mini lock down. Again i visited hospital I requested to her give me one soft copy. She tell me I can't there is no staff. This is not fair for customers. Because yesterday I paid 1500 rupees for test. Hospital responsibility should be give soft copy. I want to consult doctor tomarrow morning. Please try to understand customers situation also.
Had visited this place ro do a RT-PCR test for myself and antigen test for other family members. The antigen test cost ₹300 and results is given within 30mins. The RT-PCR test cost ₹500 and was asked to collect the test result next day that was a little disappointing as other places gives the results in a few hours. Also the test are conducted at the entrance in a open air setup qfter you fill a form do carry ur aadhar card for the same. They take only cash online payment is not available. Tc 😊
