It's good hospital..24/7 emergency service Support staff available round- the- clock
I have lost my brother today. 35 year's young and a warrior but these people's negligence made him lose this battle. I urge everyone not to visit this hospital if you care for your loved ones On 18th April my brother was admitted, he went walking while admitting but came back today on stretcher Just because of negligence An hospital working staff shall be so much attentive humble and agressive dedicated towards their work, none of this has been seen in most of the people only 15 20% staff is dedicated to their work At night shifts everyone sleeps including the on duty doctors My brother was on Ventilator so he had to get the oxygen supply continuosly Three days back for 25minutes oxygen was finished we were successful to make him hold till the oxygen cylinder came and was put on So we decided to make arrangements of cylinder by ourselves We took hospital cylinders also to fill as there was shortage of transport also We made sure that oxygen shall be enough for 12 hours if there is shortage We arranged o2 concentrator by ourselves From the day he was admitted we three (second brother and cousin) stayed next to the hospital in vehicle so that we could attend immediately in case of emergency Everytime we had to inform them to change the cylinder even a minute and two makes such a huge loss At times my brother called and asked us to check at the basement that O2 pressure is deteriorating and ask them to change One of us stays near the oxygen bank to make sure cylinders are changed on time, Which is their duty Last night we had decided that we will shift to other place as brother was not all comfortable there with the care they were taking, we had to request them all the time Ward boys do not attend for two three hours, so brother calls us and we make sure it has been done Around 12 night before leaving for house for dinner we talked to ward boy, staff nurse and the o2 guy look after him as we'll be back in 1 or 2 hours Yesterday he told he was scared also for oxygen as they dont change on time, we made him calm and made sure we had enough oxygen When i came back i went to check the o2 level, the guy who changes oxygen was sleeping I told my second brother and cousin that i will check what my brother is doing and comeback When i went upstairs ward boy, nurse and on duty doctor all were sleeping, slowly approaching towards my brother's bed made me more curious as i saw the mask was not on his face i saw there was no pulse and eyes were half open I rushed and woke up everyone and asked them to call doctor Till then i did put the mask back He was lying down there just and none noticed he died because of oxygen, which we had enough for next 12 hours I have pictures with me while everyone is sleeping An hospital shall have the best nurses and staff who are humble with patients and look after genuinely Patients recovery is mostly dependant on the nurse who take cares of patients. They are like second mom But these people say that it's night shift Bloody why do you hire such people who are have problems in night shift And the on duty lady doctor i haven't seen her in these 10days ever But last night she came up and i finally knew there's an on duty lady doctor too Pathetic!!!!!! I would thank Dr for his efforts and hard work but the hospital staff failed him and us too Om shanti ????
They have done medical negligence for my father, i lost him bcoz of their carelessness, they dont have knowledge how to handle critical and serious patients and hospital staff is pathetic they dont wear safety gear all the time. here is my story. My father was admitted for chest pain complain, they did ECG and all it was completely fine later his saturation was getting dropped, doctor said us he will get him admitted and asked us to do covid test, and said if you go to other hospital like jaydeva their they will nt allow you to see patient(due to this we got scared and admitted to this hospital). after doing rapid test my dad tested negative, next day after doing chest x-ray then they found he had bilateral pneumonia which is very serious, then he said they have started the treatment aggressively (which is not true since he was shifted to ICU isolation ward where staff was not at all checking on him properly), he had discussion with other doctor and they said it should be covid only but he ignored their suggestion and kept his own treatment saying for covid also we provide same treatment. as per ICMR guidelines critical or serious must be given remdesivir drugs etc but nothing as such was provided. he wrote a letter saying if anything happened to the patients its our responsibility and made us sign, we had to trust him at that point of time since he was not in a condition to shift and we believed the doctor after 4 days we did again RT-PCR and waited for the report, it came three days after testing and it turned out to be positive. as soon as the report was positive on 7th day evening , neither doctor or anyone came to check on him, they dint provide his medication for diabetes and hypertension. simple asked us to vacate, without caring about his medical condition they arranged normal ambulance knowing that he is on ventilator support and did not provide any staff to shift patient (doctor who treated him for so many days dint care to give us instructions nor arranged anyone to shift him), they have made us vacate the hospital forcefully and dint allow us to arrange proper ambulance. no one came when my dad shifted in ambulance, they had handled him very badly and did not connect oxygen when he shifted inside ambulance, i lost my dad because of everyone's negligence in this hospital, i totally lost my trust in doctors and humanity. if u dont trust then u may check cctv camera videos on 14th july between 8 PM to 12 AM how they have shifted my dad knowingly he was very critical. We must fight against this kind of hospital and doctors who does such carelessness
Third class service. No care for Petients. Only money making hospital in Gulbarga. Please don't visit.
Good infrastructure but staff behaviour is too rude but the care to patients are given is good
