Specially the CT scan machine result is the worst. I did it twice and both the times my report came wrong. When done by other diagonastic centre report came proper. Few doctors don't accept reports of NG medicare and now i understand why.
Very un professional behavior. It appears that their human resources department has not taught the front desk staffs how to behave with patients and in particular senior citizens
I earlier had posted about them not picking up the phone. However, the vaccination experience in the hospital was good...organized and professional.
Worst experience... do not visit here... technician and staffs are unprofessional and being there feel like fish market... charges are also high...not recommended
Now a days service become poor specially I request to send report through mail but not send sonography report not correctly examined ground staff are not cordial to attend patient
