The overall hospital facility sucks!
One of the worst administration staff ever experienced in life. Though the hospital is of 21st century, the working style is of 18th century. Long waiting times with noncooperative staff (especially Pharmaceutical staff) Management need to improve a lot. Language barrier, all staff is south Indian and couldn't understand local language. Non of the fellow is ready to take any responsibility. Really feeling very disappointed with the management of the world class hospital.
Dr Ramesh Surti is excellent with Good Clinical experience, Hospital Ambience is excellent n caring for patients, I am from.Delhi but currently at Hazira taking treatment in this hospital with Dr Ramesh Surti. Overall excellent n good medical care Support staff is also excellent .
Please don't go this hospital.. Hospital ICU Doctor and nursing staff have not any type knowledge .. They all are Depand on other doctor.. Hospital building is very old. Main doctors also not come regular visit in ICU and other ward. All staff have not heart they all are behaving like rude. They can't understand patient condition (If patient condition look serious then also they are not doing proper work.) There are many cats, Mouse living in hospital. About cleaning I gave minus ranking.There are many dust and rubbish seeing hospital even ICU also. Not any seating arrangement in waiting area. Not any AC working in whole hospital. staff is very less so they can't proper giving medicine to every patient. Inshort I have very bad experience in this hospital. So I request you please don't go this hospital and last one is hospital charges is very high look like five star hospital.
Pathetic experience. The doctor doesn't inform the patient about anything, they never counsil the patient, hardly any time is given during rounds, used canulas and cotton pads are left next to the patient.The diagnosing time and skill is very very poor. Very lethargic staff. Wrong reports were attached in my patient's file. All that they do is prolong the stay, diagnose late and take a lot of money. Wish I could give minus rating.
