This is a Company with bad intentions to bind purchasers in several classes of agreement that are not clearly understood by purchasers at the time of signing the agreement. The company levy exorbitant maintenance cost and they will refuse to give ant account. The company say that the maintenance cost include salary of all company employees. They will not take sincere steps to form the owners Society. The company wants to keep maintenance with them only for 30 to 40 years because they want to ensure the Township is fit enough to be managed by outsiders like municipality. The company cut off water and power because maintenance amount has not been paid although maintenance cost gas been collected. The company refuse to have dialogue with owners on any matter. The source of water supply is not known. The quality of water is not drinkable. The company has collected clubhouse cost but they have usurped the club house. The personal who have paid club house dues are having problem in using the club house. There is no "club" has been formed as per law of land. No bye laws no elected managing committee Since 29th of January the company has cut if power the residents are suffering because of no water no street lights and no lifts. If you want to buy take a draft of their agreement to sale, get it scrutinized by an expert lawyer, redraft and then only sign. Ask for all copies of approvals, architects plan, company balance sheet, club house bylaws and everything.
Best place to enjoy life with your family. Lot of open space and greenery. Few residents are living, so needs more security. Open places/ gardens needs professional maintenance.
Stop Stop Stop Please donot even try to think about to stay at Empyrean as the mess is all about maintenance. The day when I joined in here till date there is no maintenance has taken place. Even more alarming is the snake ???? and deadly scorpions all around . Now the real magic begins when you come and see your bike seat has been totally cut and destroyed by the Empyrean dogs you will definitely forget the love towards dog.This has been the second instance when I replaced my bike seat but again the same incident occur.totally destroyed. I requested many times about the maintenance but they never did even after they are getting those maintenance charges well in advance from us. Once water supply was totally stopped here that was really a bad experience ever when there is no maintenance and even no water.deadly snakes and scorpions too.so think before investing.
Should have been 5 star..Personally I feel this place is good if u want to be close to nature..but in my recent visit I observed that matinance is missing and not much people are living there..
Please do not waste your hard earned money @ The Empyrean Nagpur. I bought an apartment here in 2018 and these guys charged me maintenance of around 80,000 rupees in the ticket price. A year down the line they send me a maintenance payment notice of around 112,000 rupees for 3 years. On asking about the initial maintenance paid they answered me that is how it works. This was just a beginning. Tbe real problems started post me paying tbe maintenance the 2nd time. 1) There is a big ongoing dispute between the residents and The Empyrean Management with regards to tbe management. So they stopped water supply and electricity at the common areas. Since my wife was pregnant I raised a dispute and as a result they arranged an accommodation for us in Phase 1 where water and electricity was available. Post the court verdict the basic amenities were restored and we came back to our apartment in a few days. 2) Then there was an instance wherein my wife and a 2 year old daughter were stuck in the lift and even after pressing the alarm a number of times, there was no help since security was not available. On raising a dispute I was told that there is an automated mechanism installed in the lifts which should allow it to reach the nearest floor in case if any lift issues. I agreed to it at that time. 3) On 12th Sep 2020, I was taking my wife, a newborn daughter, 3 year old daughter and 65 year old mother to a clinic for checkup and the lift stopped again. I was expecting it to reach the nearest floor as I was told earlier but to my surprise it didn't work. Somehow I found network connectivity and called up their maintenance guy and he sent a couple of security personnel and an electrician who opened the lift. All of us had to literally jump of the lift since it was stuck between 1st and 2nd floor. 4) Despite sending complaint emails the management team hardly bothers to reply unless you take a number of follow ups. This place is shambles. Don't risk your families lives and waste your money here. You will regret it big time. I have a lot of email evidences and photographs.
