This is not a Hospital this is a morgue where healthy people are turned in to dead. My little daughter was admitted suffering from dehydration on 10Nov2018 at 7:30 am. They admitted her in emergency kids ward. I do not know what medicine or treatment they had given to my 2 years daughter she was declared dead in 2 hours. There was a lady doctor north east look alike people was very less bothered about kids health though busy in gathering all nurses for morning tea. So guys if you are not concerned about yours family members health or want to give them death bring to this Hospital. I pray to God ruin this Hospital and it's staff and the owner life May God send them all in hell. This my pray to God every Day. An unfortunate dad who brought his kid to this buthcher house .😢😢,
Very good Hospital and staff. Went to consult for my four year old daughter. One of the Best paediatric doctor. Highly experienced. Thank you Genesis hospital staff and doctors. I recommend everyone to choose Dr. Gaba for best consultation.
One of the best hospitals for kids in West Delhi. Well-maintained hospital. Polite staff. Dr.Gaba is a very good paediatrician. Very patient and humble but he needs to be a bit more interactive. Reveals information only when asked. Hospital gets crowded. Long queues might be annoying. It takes more than 2 hours for consultation which is a problem. You have a medical store and a kids store inside the hospital which is very convenient. You can use the waiting time for shopping - dresses, toys, Babar products are available here. Overall, the experience has been good.
Greedy and money minded Main doctor takes the patient for a toss Pure buissness for him. Not recommended
Don't even want to give one star.. unexperienced staff... don't even have basic knowledge of judging dehyration.. that too not mild but severe visible dehydration..even after causing such critical condition no doctor was regularly visiting..only a nurse was there that too on calling 10 times.. worst experience and service Such medical negiligence is not at all acceptable..
