Money-minded mediocre hospital. Good for general treatment, but avoid if condition is serious or require speciality treatment. Rude & incompetent junior doctors at ICU. They spend time at rest room, don't attend to exigencies. One Dr. Shah is atrocious. I doubt if he has a genuine degree. Cleanliness & hygiene is OK.
I express my feeling as regards to treatment of my wife smt.S.L Sharma in your hospital.Though the building doesnt appears to be ultra modern and 5 star but the facilities provided are highly appreciable. Since it is highly homely and dedicated all the staff and doctors are highly devoted to the patients. The gandhian administrative techniques administered is highly exemplary for others
Doctors r good, but charges of evrythng is too high, 10 times rate...if u admit any member in the hospital, they ll nt discharge soon...they linger on the things...worst experience.... hospital chor hai..nt seems like charitable trust...
Horrible!!!! don't have humanity!! My sister delivered her new born here, due to improper care Bilirubin lebel was very high in the new born (it's okay now-a-day kid having this common problem). They kept the new born 8 days in ICU . Pre-decided they 'll keep for 10days. Took blood sample to test every day without informing parents. in 6th day although the test results were normal but they did not borther to inform parents or to discharge from ICU. We came to know the mater in 7th day and wanted to take out the kid from the ICU, but they gave reason doctor is not in the hospital. After the all session they wanted to collect and culture the spinal cord fluid of a 9day old kid for no reason other than money. Only by saying difficult decease names they wanted to scare people. God forbid their inhuman greed!!! Next was discharge and final payment, as they took out the kid from ICU before 10 days increased ICU charge (from 3300/- INR to 4500/-INR) and doctor's(Dr. S.K Aurora) consultation fees (from 600/-INR to 800/-INR).. I don't know if they 'll ever see the post but whoever knows or meets Dr. S. K. Aurora,(As I never got a chance to meet him) just ask him how much money he 'll take while dying. If he is in a profession of life saving and has these greed that's fatal and dangerous. Regards, Subha
Today I went to this hospital to consult a urologist. Dr Atul Bhatnagar , I was told he had his pvt OPD Day. After getting the slip made when I went to room 623 , I was told by the attendant that I should go to OT area as Dr is there and will see the patients there only. Once I reached there , guard on duty asked me to wait for a while saying there was one more patient before me . when my turn came this Dr did not even bother to check me in person . He just left the room despite guard telling him twice that I was another patient waiting to consult him . Instead of this Dr Bhatnagar , one of d attendants asked me why I was there . The attendant only wrote a test for me saying ye test kara ke aa jana fir aagey check karaingey. I returned feeling like a big FOOL .wondering what for did I pay the fee for . Dr didn't bother to find out why I needed to consult him or what problem I had . He may be a senior and experienced Dr but to me he appeared more like a businessman . I didn't get to consult him in person . He was duty bound to check me when I had paid for his consultation. First of all during OPD timings why was he in OT . There was no emergency involved . The patient who was before me , to her too the conversation was basically about getting admitted for some operation . Seems only if you go to get operated and help him make money , you will be attended to otherwise Dr will not even check you. I really don't know if my leaving a review will reach the hospital administration or not , but I hope other people who read this will spread a word around so that anyone else will not be fooled like this by such Drs who do want to make name but do not practise with ethics . If this Dr was busy , he could have asked me to come later or wait may be then to let some attandant write a test for me which may not even be necessary for me to undergo as no one asked me about my issue , my symptoms or actual health problem that made me visit a specialist. I wasn't there on a social visit for sure.
