Well Bed Experiance in service and Some normal Request are not in compnay policy.. I think when we are try to buy new car Well good responce but after buying a Car some bad Experiance in Service.... Well Good Job Tata Motors ... Thank You for Teached Good Leason....
All staff members are very co operative. We'll maintained show room. Display of cars is very decent
No response. I visited the showroom few months back, at that time there was a lot of rush and no one represented/show us any car so we thought let it be. Again to support local for vocal we decided to go again and take test drive of Nexon. But as always no proper response from representative! I took test ride and after that the representative just disappeared, we waited for so long and left the showroom. This the reason we'll go for some foreign companies car instead of Tata! Lots of respect for Ratan Tata but no respect left for this showroom. Just imagine the after sales service!!?
