I have been working as an admin in Mahesh Smruti Multi Speciality Hospital since last 2 years. According to the hospital policy, every staff member is given an idea of a probationary period of 6 months at the time of joining. Proper care is taken for each of the staff by providing an abundance of all kinds of tools to fight against covid and also hospital provides all type of medical help to the staff as well as their family members. Hospital has always given first priority to the patients & will be continuing to do so, hence the staff who do not follow hospitals rules and regulations are fired.
I have been working here for more than 8 years as an Receptionist. I haven't oberved any politics either in administration or in management department. We are provided with proper preventive messures to ensure topmost safety of our health. Staff are covered under medical insurance policy to make sure they don't face any financial crunch for their treatment. Each staff is informed about the 10 to 15 Days training period at time of joining in which their overall behavior is observed and action is taken according to that. We make sure Our staff treats patients as well as there relatives Politely and kindly, the staff which fails to do so is fired for the same reason.
Good Hospital with excellent Medical staff and other staff and very much polite and give proper treatment and give each details about patient, answer our calls anytime after discharge too, In this COVID pandemic very much genuine and helpful hospital, thank you all.
