I have one star less just because they are not serious enough with Covid. They are allowing people without mask. That's a serious concern in this time. They should not allow anyone without mask. Other than this thing the experience is quite nice.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Team RBD for organising the vaccination of my father and grandfather. In times like these, I believe it is upon all of us to take on a greater role to serve mankind – and I see them playing this role perfectly. Despite the rush for inoculation, they managed the process well - ensured people maintained distancing, queued up, waited post the vaccine, etc. Every patient was made to feel like they were the sole priority of the clinic, which in dark times like these is a welcome break. More importantly, the upkeep of the facility was top notch, keeping in mind how crowded the place got. What left a lasting impression on me was that despite being the promoter of the company, Mr. Deepak was himself manning the crowd that accumulated at the facility. Times like these are a test of character and leadership, and I believe he has given his team much to look up to him for. Team RB - I hope you get a moment to celebrate the great work you are doing in such trying times.
