My daughter was born here under the supervision of Dr. Pallavi Daga. I availed deluxe room and got good service. I loved the way how they took care of my daughter and hence giving a 4 star. The cons are as follows. The cabin was small without any decor and cannot be called deluxe. The telecallers are disgusting as they avoid calls and give incorrect information and make 9 months pregnant ladies rush to the hospital even for smallest information. My 3rd stage USG experience was bad because of the receptionist and I complained about it to the manager from the USG department. Their parking is chargeable even for admitted patients. There is problem with the bed sheets and towels provided as I got scabies just after discharge. Their charges are a bit higher as compared to the facilities provided.
Me and my wife, both are doctors, we chose RSV hospital as the place for cesarean section for the delivery of our son. It was a critical decision for us as my wife did had some obstetric comorbidities, and our son might have required some intensive neonatal care also. My wife was under the treatment of Dr. Debolina Basu and Dr. Samrat Chakraborty, both are eminent obstetricians. My son was initially under the care of another competent pediatrician, Dr. Lokesh Pandey. As we speak the baby is doing fine along with his mother, and we are happy to say that RSV hospital along with their panel of doctors have done their job with utmost efficiency and care, helping us to have the great feeling of parenthood. The Hospital premises is clean, hygienic, the staffs were friendly, the RMOs were caring and careful throughout the hospital stay. The OT experience was good for the patient, and the billing is quite reasonable as per current standards. The location is convenient for residents of south Kolkata, and they have a good parking space for personal vehicles. We both recommend RSV hospital for treatment of other patients.
Pure case of fraud going inside the hospital.Police should investigate their high prices.There is great scam going in the name of taking vaccines at much higher price from the cowin portal.Beware of such fraud case.
First experience in telephone for appointment is not good ....
The hospital management is a fraud. They are simply here to loot your hard earned money. We took our aged father there at 2:00 AM (night) with mild gastric pain. Instead of attending him and reduce the pain via SOS injections, the RMO (night shift) kept us waiting with the sole intention to admit him in ICU for no reason. When we expressed our objection, the RMO lacked interest in our case. Shocked at their negligence and ill objective, we took our father to a nearby small nursing home. He was given appropriate injections without admission and by GOD grace, he became well within an hour. Doctors get a huge commission, if they manage to get an emergency patient admitted in a hospital to fill vacant beds. Business has become more costly than human lives. Simply stay away from this hospital.
