Worst management for COVID vaccination. First asking for adhar Xerox then print of appointment receipt which no other centre is asking for. Harassing people for no reason. Mismanagement at its peak. People slow at work and the concerned people don’t even know what they are required to do. The receptionist and the cashier are clueless. Time slot of 10am to 12 pm. It’s 10:44 am now and they have not yet started the vaccination. Simply pathetic.
Very good place for covid vaccination. Today i had visited for vaccination. Its good. Arrangement & process are ok. Little bit space problems for maintain distance. Othewwise all fine.
Worst service ever seen. They failed to provide a complete haemogram, and potassium (its an emergency test, and may save a life) report in 24 hr. On the next day after trying to contact them several times they send a report by mail, which was blank. Then they called from lab, and informed sample was haemolysed (blood cells were broken). Worthless. And the most irritating thing, THEY WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR CALL.
very very very bad experience...urgent blood samples for sent ...they said reports will b available by evening in email...but there after no response...36 hrs past... their customer care number doesnt work..their watsapp helpline doesnt reply...just worst worst branch and customer service...pathetic experience...
Never respond to calls...just don't bother to pick up the phone ...pathetic customer service. Did the 1st dose of vaccination of my mom from there... desperately trying to call them for scheduling her 2nd dose for last 5 days but either their phone line is continuously busy or if luckily the phone rings there's no one to pick up the call to address your query....Highly frustrated and disappointed by their callous attitude n behaviour.
