Today i have gone siliguri suraksha branch and i have gone there for some blood test and they told me (staff ) that sit and they would call me for collect sample but i waited there 3 hrs but no one has come to call me for collect sample then i went reception and asked they why late then they told me to go lab .My question is to take a blood sample suraksha take 3 hrs ... And the patient was not called by any staff to give sample ..today i feel that your service so poor not only for collect sample also for giving report . After 3 hrs i gave my sample and i paid my total amount and asked to reception staff when report would give they told me that after 3 pm they would give report and report also provide through online Then i asked them can i get the report on email ..the staff told me yes then i paid my all amount they told me that they would sent me my report in my email and i went out from there bcz my house 50 km away . At 4.30 pm when i checked my email for report but i not able to see the report bcz there is showing my payment was not cleared but i have already paid and i have bill ..when i called siliguri suraksha branch many times from 4.30pm to around 7.30 pm but they not recieved my call ...so poor service i got from suraksha siliguri branch .even till now i didn't get report on my email . Tomorrow i have to go doctor to show my report ,tomorrow morning i have doctor appointment .
service is so so but it was astonished to me that after receipt of covid19 test sample from my home --my age or date of birth raising their sample collector from 61 yrs 6 month to raise to 69 yrs 6 month (As per Adhaar card my date of birth is 15.10.1959 i.e. 61 yrs 6 month..So many correspondence with them and authority of siliguri ( Ms. Dalia)with collector sri SHYMAL KAR but no fruitful result received from their end. MY LAB.no.SIL/26-04- 2021/SR4261101 AND SRF ID NO.1930900166088 AND REPORT DELIVERED ON 29.04.21.
I went there to get information about some heart related test and I didn't have any plans to do test on that day. They gave me a coupan and asked me to wait for my turn. I waited for 30 mints but I didn't get my turn. I talked to receptionist and guard that I just want to get information like how much rupees cost, empty stomach or after meal that type of information and I want to do test next week. But they didn't listen and they just asked me to wait for my turn. Very disappointing ... Just to know simple questions we have to wait hours an hours .
Most discusting staff before test they take all payments and make people wait for entire day even for simple test most irresponsible staff i had very bad experience they don't deserve any star at all????????????
My self done ECG on 31.05.21, Technician behaviour is very bad and report has received timely as per commitment.
