This hospital is not worth visiting. Staff is rude they over charge you. And also bill you for medicines not given. Recently a relative was admitted to this hospital I did not appreciate the treatment given. They do not maintain reports. In fact I was asked to give them a copy of discharge summary. They just want to put patients in ICU and over bill them.
Very bad response from entire hospital my dad was admitted for just 5 hrs and they made money by charging huge fees and also by doing unnecessary test. In casualties doctor are not dealing with patients properly and they take lot of time to take proper final treatment and this delay their treatment process. They just want to make a huge money from client by conducting non reauired test.
The worst hospital ever. We took my father to this hospital for an emergency in an Amublance. They did CT-Scan and said they suspect COVID-19 and did not accept him. They did not even do the Rapid Antigen Test to confirm and sent us away. We took him in the Ambulance to Nanavati hospital. Over there they did their tests and confirmed he is COVID negative. But by then the situation had worsened and he had to be taken straight to the ICU. Finally after a crazy week, they were able to stabilize him. So I will never recommend anyone to go to Arogya Nidhi hospital.
Today I went to this hospital to consult eye specialist to get alternate name of Betagen drops as the company has stopped producing the same. The doctor instead of advising me on that suggested me to go to his private clinic at Borivali and undergo some ultrasound procedure. Absolute disappointed.
Worst hospital .....The person who sits at the reception is rude and doesnt know how to talk to people......still wondering why people come to this hospital ....wont ever recommend this hospital
