Avoid this Hospital, the Staff and visitng Doctors are good but Salve doctor is not good and just looks for money
Worst Hospital ever seen, admitted my mother for treatment , arrogant doctors, never even bother answering properly. My mother became more serious in this hospital ( wrong diagnosis, rude behaviour, unprofessional staff ) but thank god I removed my mother within 4 days and went to other hospital now she is recovering.
I tend not to be influenced always with reviews. But in this case some of bad reviews are actually true. Staff is pathetic and couldn't care less if the patient exists or not. I was taking better care of my M-I-L at home and her congestion was actually getting better. Here in the hospital we have only had to remind the staff what they have to do with a 40mins wait for every thing till we remind AGAIN! And I am saying this while my own mom is getting out of Bethany right now after her Thyroidectomy. We were forced to go for this place unfortunately due to the high rise of CoVid cases in the city. I would rather have wanted to keep my MIL home and attended to her better ourself. ????
My Mother was very serious but special thanks to Dr.Atul Deshpande,Dr.Potdar one of the god gifted people.My mom is safe because of these guys. Whole staff is co-operative. This hospital is costly but the treatment and service is great. Thanks to all staff of Prakruti care. Regds I must recommend them for there work and efforts.
Terrible staff. 3rd class nurses. Very arrogant. They don't care about your patients at all. Especially in the ICU. They push and pull the old patients as if they're dead bodies. My grandma was in critical condition in the ICU and They were all sitting there and gossiping. and she kept moving to ask for attention but they didn't care. When I went in they were arrogantly kicking us out and when I got emotional these young girls who are appointed as nurses started laughing at me and making fun of me and started gossiping. Worst experience. Very arrogant staff. Save your money and take them somewhere better. These staff give us relatives, really bad treatment.
