Highly unprofessional staff. they don't know how to work and how to talk to customers. I guess this is the confidence you get when you do "Sarkari Naukari". Staff at this branch even shouts at customers. I wonder how SBI higher management is not paying heed to the constant complaints.

This bank dont knw how to manage the things I went there for my new atm which ws there in sbi branch as I received a msg.. .. . But nobody was there to find the atm watchmen who sits outside was finding that. ... When he fail to find he said re-apply plz you will get in 7 days. .. Other thing when ever we go there usually they say our server is down so CM tomarrow And when we say we want to add nominee they will tell u can do this online also but when we try to do it only sbi app says server down 'try it again'.. .. Sbi is full of problems.... New manager who came before a week is good he only helps to solve the issues. . This one star is for him
