I thought it is the best hospital in Mussoorie but It was worst even the government hospitals are better I was there for a fracture hand nd bit dislocation of bone but Dr.George made it worst applied inappropriate plaster nd made joint from bit to completely away..now i m having treatment from dehradun as dr. George said for operation after doing this mistake it was a cover up nd now I am been treated in Dehradun nd that doctor too said it was the mistake of him nd now m facing this problem it's been more than 2 months m with another plaster (now with covered fingers)
I don't know what to call it. No such management for filling and documentation, lac of irresponsibility or any chance to make money in this COVID-19 pandemic. 28th April 2021 I took my wife to checkup who was 6 month pregnant He had been coughing for 2 days. He said some tests have to be conducted RT PCR, BLOOD TEST and CPR. All the tests were conducted for which they charged me 1180/-. Then we were told that the report will be received after 2 o'clock. At 2:30 p.m., we gave a blood test report and said that it is all normal. RT PCR report will come to you on mobile. And Crocin tab. Given for precaution. Then 1st may, we received a call from a government official and said, “You are corona positive.” Take the kit and get isolate home At his behest, I isolate my wife home, but I didn't get any report in her regard from the hospital. For which I called the hospital several times, there was only one response from them who were sending now. According to the guideline like well, we followed the rule for 20 days instead isolation of 14 with zero symptoms Later I went back to the hospital that I might get report now. And they said has no record of COVID-19 Test of N****** w/o P****** on 28th April 2021. What so so so irresponsibility from the team.

Well its sometimes good and sometimes good for nothing, They don't have that much of services and technology for patients but yes they will treat you good and make you also good for a time being and suggest you to go to some other hospitals for other treatments.
Doctor was very polite and handled my injury with care and staff was good as well.overall the service and care was good.The hospital was neat n clean with a warm presence of Jesus. But I was disappointed by the registration charges on holidays and in emergency as this charge is almost 4 times more than the regular OPD charges just because they are sitting on holidays, hospital management should rethink about these charges as it only shows taking advantage of helplessness of patients rather than serving humanity .please make this hospital accessible to poor people who couldn't afford 350₹ just for registration.
