Very well maintained hospital. Humble and kind staff. Good coordination by the billing section. Finally the hospital which really cares!
Thanks to Dr. Chaitanya Prabhu, my dad's scalp wound from his burr hole surgery(done at a different hospital) has healed fully without any invasive procedures. Doctor takes ample amount of time to explain the condition in high detail which we really appreciate. Overall, a extremely satisfied treatment at SS Sparsh Hospital and special thanks to the nursing team.
Exorbitant charges. Only one Doctor visited but in discharge summary they have 1300 each for 2 doctor visitation and when asked they informed that the doctor had signed that she had made a visit. Either the management is poor in handling their doctors or the Doctor is a low life taking advantage of the sick. Also please make note of medicines they give you, they have charged medicines but never gave it to patient. When asked they said already billed in pharmacy so you have to buy it. They could have discharged one day before but just because doctor couldn’t visit they didn’t discharge charging 10000 more. Hospital run my money minded management group and doctors and you will lose respect for the doctors if you go this hospital.
The hospital is like some grand hotel very spacious. In-hospital testing, pharmacy and doctors available. It's really good.
Hospital is very clean and feel safe. Staffs are very humble and kind. Got CovID vaccination for my mother on 27/03, impressed with arrangement and priority to very senior citizens. 👍🏼
