Spacious rooms. Well maintained property. Loved their prompt housekeeping service. Food was good not great. Could have had some more non veg dishes. Reception was very deserted most times with no one available for quick queries. The shop inside was good with reasonable rate considering it is within this posh hotel. The highlight of this stay was the big billiards room. We had a lot of fun there and there were no one else apart from our family playing that gave us a big private pool table.
Hotel is quite nice in terms of infra, rooms are nicely done and spacious, well manicured lawns and they offer nice folk music experience during the evening hours in the lawn area. House keeping staff was very prompt. A big let down was the quality of food, exorbitant price and very poor service by restaurant staff. Only Salina was the one catering to everyone and doing her best. Rest of the staff were absolutely laid back, never bothered to handle our request.
It's pretty good. Very helpful staff. Travel desk is pretty decent though costlier. The rooms are pretty big, neatly maintained, well furnished and comfortable. Food options had very little in terms of Rajasthani food. Evenings had folk dance and puppet show. The gift shop is VERY VERY reasonable.
I simply loved this place. Made me feel like a prince residing in my own chambers. The food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. We opted for the dinner and breakfast all inclusive package. The hotel gave us a better deal than online third party websites. Overall we were truly mesmerised and will definitely visit again
A very huge property but very few staff to maintain, there was no one to receive us when we arrived.. we booked half board (dinner and breakfast) for 2 rooms and 2 nights.. I was disappointed with their buffet menus in breakfast and dinner, as a 5 star hotel they must have good wide variety of dishes in buffet and we paid close to 8k per night and there was hardly 8 to 10 dishes in buffet which was not worth the price.. But whatever they had in the buffet was tasty.. Few staffs are really trained well and few are not trained (a lady Staff in the restaurant ) they never greet us and they will always stare at you as if you are at the hotel for free...
