My mother In-law got admitted here one month ago. The patient care of the hospital is very good. Doctors, Nurses and other staff are very helpful. The hospital is very neat and clean. The patient’s rooms are very spacious. The quality of food is satisfactory. Overall we are satisfied with the service provided by the hospital.
My 3 years back experience was good. Care, cleanliness, billing, reception and back office every thing was good. Admitted based on known doctor advice , he also took all possible care. Only negative point, they did not allowed cashless from ICIC Lombard corporate policy and have to settle for reimbursement. Not sure if that is not the case now. So, verify before you admit.
I am very much impressed about this hospital. Doctor, nurse and support staffs are very cooperative. Management is very much customer friendly. This is the first time, I visited the hospital for the treatment of my family member. Admission, OT and post Operation treatment was hassle free and very much patient supportive.
