Worst worst experience for COVID case here!! Get admitted here only if you feel like to commit a suicide.. Dr Nilesh from icu is perfect example of unprofessionalism and he doesn’t have basic courtesy to talk to a critical patients relatives. If you get home quarantined, there are more chances of you recovering faster than getting admitted here! 1. Too overloaded 2. No care for patients.. nurse don’t give important injections to patients (like remdesivir) and lie to relatives - witnessed it myself 3. The bipap/ oxygen machine often malfunctions which can be life threatening - for severe COVID patients 4. Bathroom gets filled with smoke suddenly to worsen the lungs of already a COVID patient (this is done purposely to make a mild case severe) 5. Dr Nilesh from icu acts as Yamraj to worsen the experience of patients relatives. He won’t leave any stone unturned to give a heart stroke to relatives and is totally rude and unprofessional 6. Dinner is served to patients at 10pm. No idea when the patients are expected to rest!! 7. Luckily, and much to the doctors surprise, if the patient manages to survive, the discharge card doesn’t mention any details for follow ups, no home care details are explained, doctor won’t come and meet relatives at all, oxygen arrangement required at home is no pre informed to relatives, Dr Nilesh from icu expected relatives to be doctors themselves and answers rudely and in a teasing tone when asked a simple question “how much oxygen should she be at home”

This is one hospital people should avoid at all cost. Patients are nothing more than a transaction. Patient care is terrible, with focus only on billing. I have paid in excess of 2lakh rupees for one night, less than 24 hr stay, and when my mother got worse, the hospital basically raised their hands up, and asked me to move my mother in the middle of the night. Each and every time a family member is admitted, first thing they will do is send the to ICU with rates that are beyond most of the expensive hospitals, and not follow or accept insurance policies, because then cannot charge you random rates. When in hospital they are not equipped to do all the tests, they will send the patient for testing with ambulance bill of 22, 000 rupees per trip. This hospital takes advantage of people when they are in poor health, because one is emotional when making decisions at such time. Our family and extended family members have kept visiting this place with poor results due to the referrals of their family physician who probably gets a financial commission for sending patients. Dr Agarwal and Dr.Binyala have made a blood sucking business out of this place, i wish you and your family a painful ending when your time comes.
