Was here for my daughter's vaccination. Good service. Clean and hygienic place.
Went to hospital twice just to know doctor hasn't come or left early. Visited again after 2 weeks have to do fresh registration. Upon visit they suggested to visit their seniors in some private hospital and get operation package based on your insurance and budget because OT in this hospital got burnt thus non operational. Shameless .. sitting at govt hospital just to market private hospital.
The worst Covid centre ever came across in Pune. Visited twice to the covid centre nobody follows the que. If you know people working there they walk directly with reference and break the que that you are waiting in. If you argue, with them they ask where are you from? Kaha se aye ho? Woh humare pehchan ke log hai pehle unko lene do phir aap lo. If you say you are waiting from long time. They will say. Vaccine lene aye ho na thoda aur ruko. Seniors & staff misbehave. They do not correct the wrong things they do instead they will ask you to calm down and let the wrong thing happen. They don't think they are speaking to a women. Compliant are ignored. Free vaccine hai lena toh thik hai. If you are common man you may suffer. They do not care. WORST is lesser word for this Government hospital. Attaching images where you get worst experience. They are not at all apologetic. Everyone working here live in there own world. No course of action is taken by seniors. Please do not count that one star. Take it as none.
It is govt owned and manages by defence. Very clean and orderly plus maintained. It is free for poor people and u have good doctors here.
Pathetic staff and lazy doctors, if reporting timet is 10am they come at 12pm and are in hurry to wrap their sessions.. discuisting they are. They think as if they are doing favors on patient, the way the talk and behave but they dont understand their goverment job can go for toss if someone records or escalate their behavior. NO HUMANITY AT ALL..i dont understand why our government dont audit their work..
