Doctors are good , but mostly visiting type. Reception staff need improvements in guiding the patients with more information. For example, I was given the Prescription but not informed that the stuff was available at the inhouse Chemist ( No sign board anywhere!).

Lots of doctors coming from panvel is good for people in Rasayani.
Very bad experience at reception . No value for customer. Kept waiting for an hour, without any update. Non polite staff at reception
