Place is good.. better than the old office.. this new office is spacious. Less crowded. Office is neat and clean. Staff behavior is also nice and polite. They are strict for the rules, but will help you with all instructions and procedures whenever you need any help. It was a far better experience than any other government office if we consider the staff behavior.
