Very bad behaviour from the security.. We 4people went to see my grand mother from palakkad. Initially they told no one is allowed to see the patient. After that he yold 2 people can go at a time. After some time he told no only one person is allowed to visit at a time. We told no issues we will wait. My mother first went to see the the grand mother and after she came my btother in law went. That time we went to the cnteen to have a tea and the security person was behind us. We felt very bad.Later he told its hereafter they can't allow anybody. So myself and my sister couldnt meet her.very bad service. We requested several times that we are coming from such a long diatance to see her and we have to return today itself even to the administration departmen.But they didnt allowed us. Service is too bad.. Atleast they could have shown a humanitarian consideration. Without this how they are running this hospital.. In this service field humanitarian consideration quality is very important. But unfortunately they dont have that quality.
I was there two days . My friendly neighbourhood hospital. Excellent premises, excellent service. May it prosper
Good hospital but parking securities are verry bad Attittude
