The treatment is good, but waiting time is more. Everything is expensive. Staff are least bothered about pregnant women, they don't respond properly. We have to roam here and there for every service like payment, consultation, scanning etc etc. There is no proper arrangment. Even for buying medicine, you should order medicine in one counter and pay money in different counter. Then collect medicines from the counter where we ordered. Both the patient and attendant need to roam multiple times for everything.
Doctors are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. They make every effort to deliver on time, however the front office crew is the worst in terms of communication. They are well aware that they must be gentle with pregnant ladies, but practically all front-office employees are disrespectful. Despite paying a significant sum to the hospital, patients are finding it difficult to cope. In addition, despite taking appointments, the amount of time spent waiting is excessive. Furthermore, consumers should purchase a canteen prepaid card. Even if a person only needs a ₹10 water bottle, they must recharge their prepaid card for ₹100, with the remaining ₹90 going to the hospital as profit. Requesting that Management take immediate efforts to train the front desk, otherwise, despite the fact that the doctors are excellent, foot traffic would inevitably decline.
Like everyone said, waiting time is minimum 5 hours. They still manage to give you appointment at 9 AM ! Staffs not very Cooperative ! I met in person to get a test done at a later date, I was asked to come on a Sunday (I think the staff was dreaming!) Later when me and my husband went on that day (after my husband took leave which is very rare), they said "we don't take this test on Sunday !" Are u kidding me !! That's how my day of having a baby is getting postponed ! And there are no dates available throughout December because of Christmas ! One more month postponed ! People there need to understand the pain of trying to become a mother/ being a mother !
This is the best hospital who looks normal delivery. Best Pediatricians also available.
Pros: Dr. Kurian is immaculate and has got the Midas touch. You can blindly follow what he has to say. He treated my chronic pain and I got better after his consultation. He is the only good thing about the hospital. Cons: Worst hospitality anybody can have. The staffs are the worst. They are rude and don't know how to approach or communicate with any person talking to them. Booking an appointment itself is a whimsical task here. They don't understand the urgency of the appointment and the need to meet the doctor. Just blindly following some 30 day stupid rule. Good for nothing staffs. Absolutely no help. Scan Doctors: My God!! I dont know what these nutjobs think of themselves. One of these nutjobs had me scanned and rudely asked me why I didnt give her the information beforehand (I mean, She has to do the scanning and has to ask me the details). When it is clearly there in the patient record and how this nutjob expects the patient to give the information. How will the patient know to what extent of information should be given to the doctor? She is supposed to go thru the record before having me scanned and put forth the question so that i can answer. Imagine some illiterate poor lady getting scanned and what would she answer? She will not know anything medically. Instead of going thru the patient record before scanning, she was on Facebook. The first point of contact gives you the negative vibes and it is carried out thru out the day. Just have to be patient for Dr. Kurian.!! He is awesome!! I am giving 2 stars just for him!
