if you have insurance dont go this hospital. they will not support properly and also we are unable to reclaim by using their bills. treatment may be good. they are mainly focus on money.
Worst Nightmare. It was the beginning of covid second wave in April 2021. I got covid with 5% of lung involvement. I went to take CT scan in this hospital. As I am young and I got only mild, doctor advised to be in home querentine but to take his advise and treatment in the morning and evening coming to hospital. I was given treatment exactly for one week but after one week my lung involvement increased to 50%. And I went to critical stage. Even though can't death rate was high in covid 2nd wave, I would say their careless treatment brought me to that level. Doctor never come to me and ask what are the issues I had in that one week. He gets update from nurse who informed him cold when I said I have cough. No proper communication. No proper treatment. Doctor don't listen to the issues. Nurses are inexperienced. Experienced nurses are high attitudes. I have seen same way other patients are treated. Cost also very high. Overall it's risk to go this hospital. Somehow I managed to get admit in some other hospital in Trichy and got cured. Wish I should not go to this hospital for any treatment.
Hospital staff are not good. Treatment are good. Am I really Un stratified for there.
The doctor explains the things very clearly. Most importantly the hospital is not money minded as most of the hospitals now a days. The nurses are very friendly and helping. The facilities could have been improved. Like more beds, rooms etc
